To Digital HDTV Conversion
As of June 12, 2009, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has mandated that ALL television broadcasts permanently switch to a digital signal only. The covert snoops now have the ability to manipulate that digital signal in any direction that they so desire, for any purpose that they so desire.
Cable Company's Dirty Little Secret
ALL new flat screen High Definition TVs currently being sold in retail stores throughout the country have tiny cameras as well as audio detection devices installed within them, so that the NSA will have the ability to SEE, as well as HEAR, everything that goes on inside of your home. The nanotechnology is already in place.
The conversion boxes the FCC is offering with those "special government coupons" will have the same detection and surveillance devices already installed in them, as the ones being installed in the newer HDTVs directly. Why would our government get personally involved in making sure that people were still able to watch TV after the digital switch was completed, unless they already had ulterior motives for doing so?
And for those supposed "experts" in the field who prattle on about how long they have worked in the TV or cable industry and how they surely would have heard about this nefarious agenda, if it were occurring behind the scenes (Here is a typical example: "I have worked in the technical end of the TV business for the last 30 years. If something like this were going on I'd have heard about it."), I loudly retort, BULL! You are not nearly as privy to highly classified information as you may believe. You too have been deceived.
What skeptical technicians in the field fail to take into consideration is that I am not referring to *conventional* state-of-the-art electronics here. I am talking about highly classified "eyes-only" advanced nanotechnology (science of building electronic circuits from single atoms and molecules) sanctioned by the government that has been seamlessly inserted into all HDTVs and conversion boxes, thereby rendering it completely undetectable by ordinary means. The only ones who would be even slightly aware of this covert insert would be the highest echelon of the corporate structure. Even then, Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) would require them to sign non-disclosure agreements.
Government agents have been planting cameras and listening devices inside the TV sets of targeted individuals for some time, but now, because of the mandatory law forcing conversion to a digital signal, the government obviously wants to extend their surveillance to include every household.
The new TV surveillance monitoring, just like current telephone monitoring, will be performed by high-speed computers, not human beings. The idea is to create personal dossier data storage. When the Feds want to look at you, they run a computer program to detect key words or phrases that match your profile and then zero in on you more closely to find something incriminating to use against you.
What the government will be able to do is use the speakers in your HDTV as a listening device. People will be looking for a microphone and won't find one. The NSA can use equipment that will allow them to use your speakers as microphones. They can listen in, even if the power to your TV is turned off. The only way to stop it is to unplug your TV and disconnect it from the cable feed. They will also be able to "see" into your house, either through a tiny camera in your TV or by peering through the optical elements of the TV screen, just like they can use the speakers as a microphone.
Cable has an infrastructure set up to 'capture' surveillance footage and more than a few American cable companies have a patent on a recording device inside set-top boxes for "marketing" purposes only (of course).
It would be extremely easy to add a camera (without resorting to nanotechnology) AND have it centered perfectly all the time. Infrared receivers for remote controls need to have a direct angle to work properly, so they could easily be replaced by a camera. Digital cameras of all varieties have an infrared range that's blocked by a filter, so adding one could still pick up the RC's signal. In fact, there's a lot already in place on older equipment as well.
In Phoenix, AZ, there is an "opportunity" targeted at college students to earn between $500 to $2500 and more per week, paid weekly. There are many ads for security system companies, one that's even advertised as a homeland security program, that are offering approximately $2000 worth of state-of-the-art, "On-Star like" monitoring systems for home use, free of charge - the home owner simply pays for the monitoring service at a discount.
These sales programs are spreading across the country. Ads on Craigslist are now recruiting college students to travel for the summer and earn $25,000 or more, while offering these systems door-to-door. The pitch is that it's an "advertising discount" and the equipment is being offered for free for the purpose of "advertisement". Why would a company like Honeywell need to resort to such expensive marketing?
This equipment has 9 times the capacity of the human ear to listen to activity within the home - even when it is turned off - and was presented as a "feature" to foil an in-home assailant.
Another disturbing aspect is that the top monitoring companies in the country (ADT and MONITRONICS) are attached to these surveillance programs, offering discounted monitoring services in a package with this very expensive equipment.
There are literally thousands of young adults being recruited for this program, to spread these systems into as many homes as possible! FREE state-of-the-art equipment offered to as many homes as possible.
The "Sound of Silence" Psychotronic Weapon
This technology is about to be used, albeit in a more subtle fashion, against American citizens in a highly classified and covert operation to mind control and manipulate the entire population into ‘compliance’ with our New World Order overlords. The technology will utilize a combination of HAARP transmitters, GWEN towers, microwave cell phone towers, and the soon-to-be-mandatory High Definition Digital TV that will enter your home via: a) cable, b) satellite, c) HDTVs, or d) those oh-so-easy-to-obtain "digital converter boxes" that the government is so anxious to help you obtain and underwrite most of the cost on your behalf.
But why is the government so anxious to help American citizens experience a clearer and more highly defined television picture? Does that make sense to you? Since when is the government so concerned about the visual quality of our televised entertainment that congress would pass an undebated statutory proclamation which mandated that the HD conversion take place on Feb. 17, 2009 and and then subsidze about 90% of the associated cost?
I’m thinking that if there are 200 million "regular" televisions in America to be converted into HD, then that $40 in government subsidy per TV × 200,000,000 = $8 billion. Why is the government so anxious to spend $8 billion dollars on its citizens to improve the clarity of a TV picture? Or is the recently touted "additional bandwidth" cover story that supposedly is to be gained with the HD technology the only and genuine reason for spending so much taxpayer dollars on HD conversion?
The second service that this author performs is to "out" two of our more deceptive CIA/Pentagon 'assets' masquerading under the titles of natural health advocates. Their names are Rima Laibow and her husband, former Major General Albert Stubblebine. If your e-mail Inbox has been filling with warnings and articles in recent months about the coming Codex regulations and the wonderful job that Rima and her retired Army husband have been doing to try and stem the tide, then you know who I’m talking about.
The "Sound of Silence" is a military-intelligence code term for certain psychotronic weapons of mass mind-control tested in the mid-1950s, perfected during the 1970s, then used extensively by the "modern" US military in the early 1990s, despite the opposition and warnings issued by men such as Dwight David Eisenhower.
This mind-altering covert weapon is based on something called "subliminal carrier technology", or the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) (also nicknamed S-Quad or "Squad" in military jargon). It was developed for military use by Dr Oliver Lowery of Norcross, Georgia and is described in US Patent 5,159,703 - "Silent Subliminal Presentation System" for commercial use in 1992.
The patent abstract reads:
"A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low (ELF) or very high audio-frequency (VHF) range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude- or frequency-modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener."
In layman’s terms, this device, this "Sound of Silence" simply allows the unwarranted implantation of specific thoughts, emotions, and even prescribed physical actions into unsuspecting human beings. In short, it has the very real ability to turn human beings into mere puppets in the hands of certain "controllers", or puppet-masters.
Eisenhower knew full well what such a "weapon" could do in the hands of greedy, conspiring men and women scheming to control the planet. It could easily result in the takeover of American society without a single bullet being fired. This is what he was warning America about. This is the "combination" he feared above all others.
Have the leaders of America ignored Eisenhower’s warning? Have conspiring and evil men and women utilized this diabolical technology on unsuspecting Americans and others outside of our borders? If so, will they continue to utilize the technology through the medium of television and radio? This exposé will attempt to answer these questions and give the reader a clear picture of exactly who made the decisions to use the "Sound of Silence" in both war and peace.
On March 23, 1991, a news brief was released in the form of an ITV News Bureau Ltd (London) wire service bulletin entitled "High-Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives in the Middle East". This was during the administration of George Bush Sr., during "Operation Desert Storm", and describes in remarkable detail a US Psychological Operations (psy-ops) covert operation successfully deployed against Iraqi troops in Kuwait.
"An unbelievable and highly classified psy-ops program utilizing 'Silent Sound' techniques was successfully deployed. The opportunity to use this method occurred when Saddam Hussein’s military command-and-control system was destroyed. The Iraqi troops were then forced to use commercial FM radio stations to carry encoded commands, which were broadcast on the 100 MHz frequency. The US psy-ops team set up its own portable FM transmitter, utilizing the same frequency, in the deserted city of Al Khafji. This US transmitter overpowered the local Iraqi station. Along with patriotic and religious music, psy-ops transmitted ‘vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information."
"Subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work, however. A sophisticated electronic system designed to 'speak' directly to the mind of the listener; to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain's electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and thus artificially implant negative emotional states —- feelings of intense fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness were created in the Iraqi troops This incredibly effective subliminal system doesn't just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that emotion in their minds."
While utilizing such a "non-lethal" covert psy-ops weapon resulted in many lives being saved, both American, Coalition, as well as Iraqi, the question must be asked - how can Americans be assured that such a weapon is not being used on them by "Big Brother" on a daily basis?
Moreover, why was the real story behind the mass Iraqi surrenders censored so completely from the American people? Typically, secrecy of this nature is only employed when the subject is morally offensive, or when the powers that be wish to continue to deploy the subject without public scrutiny or oversight, or both. Clearly, if such a device employed covertly on Americans could result in "unwarranted influence" over a society, as Eisenhower warned, the majority of Americans would be completely outraged and incensed, and rightfully so. Therefore, of course the technology would need to remain hidden away.
Officially, the Sound of Silence (S-quad) technology does not exist, just as the US Government officially denies the existence of UFOs and Area 51 (Groom Lake) in the Nevada desert. However, the physical realities cannot be ignored by the rational and logical mind.
Suppose that a young, black man from Illinois (Barack Obama) was given access to, and was able to utilize the S-quad Sound of Silence technology in his public speeches, radio and 30-minute television "infomercials"; all programmed and designed by "handlers" to illicit strong emotional responses from audience members, who then are merely "hearing without listening".
Moreover, what if televisions across the US and Canada all went 100% digital (as occurred on June 12, 2009) in their signals, in order to successfully link to GWEN towers, which would allow the unrestricted use of the "Sound of Silence" frequencies in a massive control of the nation's mind and consciousness?
I am telling you that is exactly what is happening right now. President Eisenhower was absolutely correct, and his worst fears were indeed well founded! The military-industrialist complex has quietly completed the takeover of the nation's consciousness - thus its very soul.
Keep in mind that taking complete fascist control of America is just one step of the Zionist elite's ultimate agenda, of which Stubblebine and Laibow have very likely pledged their true loyalty. The Zionists overall objective is indeed absolute world control, something they refer to as a "New World Order", with them of course as supreme dictators and overlords.
Cable TV Snooping
There is top-level cooperation between the cable companies and the government as part of a giant surveillance and information-gathering network. The new range of cable boxes that all cable systems currently use are employed as a 'junction decoder'. All of these new junction boxes contain a tiny microphone inside, with a black and white fisheye camera behind the clear plastic on the front. The cable has return channels included into its specification for sending these signals back to the carrier.
It is possible for the cable companies to tune in to any house with cable installed and listen in and see what is happening at any particular time. It has already been used on a limited basis in the US for detection of drug dealings and talk of tax evasion, without the user's knowledge, and also as a way for the government to "monitor and track its society's real movements and thoughts". Periodically the cable companies will give away a 'free' connection in a competition scam to the people that they want to target for monitoring.
The second piece of the puzzle is something that many have suspected and some have been killed for discovering. I have a friend who has been in the telephone and cable business his entire adult life. During a recent conversation about orgonite and disabling the *mind control function of cell towers*, he said in a low voice that it was true that if you have cable TV or cable internet, the cable company knows everything that goes on in your house. Remember President Bush *mandating* that all TV go digital, shortly after taking office?
An acquaintance who is involved with telecommunications told me that the snoops have the ability to listen in ("two-way interaction" is the way that he put it) through some kind of *Black Box* in our television sets, via the cable hookups we invited into our homes. He went on to say that a friend of his working through TV repair school was advised *NOT* to question the purpose of the "black box" in the television set that he was training on at the time.
Furthermore, he said that several former college roommates who specialize in telecommunications of various kinds WILL NOT allow the cable into their homes for just that reason. Obviously, we are way past George Orwell's wildest dreams as far as the snoop-tech goes, so my question is not so much "Can they?", but "How often Do they?" Is the black box already in my TV, do you suppose? Is it in your TV? Is your local cable network set up to carry reverse signals? If so, who is 'controlling' the plug at the other end?
First, I can confirm this as non-rumor, but as *FACT*. This has been the case for over a dozen years. The cable-ready set has had this ability ever since the term "cable-ready" came into being.
I worked on a joint project between the power company, the phone company (Southwestern Bell) and the cable TV company, over eleven years ago. We discussed the "security options" that were available at that time. (This subject had nothing to do with the joint project, but was just something that we tossed around for the six months that we worked together. I made sure that the conversation came up from time to time).
The electric company has a small unit that would fit into a standard two-plug wall box that was basically an FM transmitter. This sent a signal out over the power lines that could be picked up anywhere that another power line went. In fact, it was one of the "renegades" in that effort who joined with Radio Shack and started what we now call "nursery monitors". You know those things that you plug into your power line that send a signal to "any other power plug in the house." Well, it is also sending that signal to EVERY OTHER power plug on the ENTIRE SYSTEM!
They also had a small fish-eye lens that replaced the middle screw in the plug, which could send out a visual signal, but because of its size and poor quality of the FM signal, it was limited to motion detection. These options were currently in use in some companies in the US and were marketed as a security feature in certain countries, mostly in Europe. It could not be sold in the US, because "if everyone knew the potential of this device, they would revolt." (this comment came from the power company man, showing me that they were already aware of this attitude, yet were still keeping the possibility).
They (the power companies' main holding company) were, at that time, working on a small computer-like interface that went into your electric meter, that would allow them to monitor power usage AND CHANGE POWER CONSUMPTION from a central location. This was needed in order to allow certain places to be unaffected by "brownouts", we were told. The power companies could reduce the amount of electricity that private homes used in order to keep "higher priority" places at full power.
Now, for the cable company. This was frightening to us, even at the time. The cable company person would not speak to us openly about ANYTHING that he was going to disclose to us, but eventually he SHOWED US HOW SOME OF IT WORKED! We didn't see all of what he told us about, but it was enough to believe what he was saying.
All cable-ready TVs have at least two components that are *NOT* needed for the television to function properly. The first one is an electronic eye, which you are told is to help adjust the brightness. The second one is referred to as the cable-ready unit, or more familiar name, "black box".
What you need to understand is that it isn't necessary to have your television "ready" to accept the cable signal. My circa-1979-non-cable-ready unit has no problem with cable reception (when we had it). All you need is the connector that the cable wire plugs into and you screw on to the back of the television unit. Simple.
Scary Points To Consider
1. The electronic eye is a "two-way" unit that is sending back a fairly high-quality picture of what is going on in the room where your TV is located. The person telling us about this had actually seen some images from it, and described a level of clarity (remember, this was around 1983, so it is most likely much better by now) that was frightening.
2. The speaker is also "two-way". (this is one thing that we saw - or should I more accurately describe - *heard*).
3. Both are active, "even if the television is turned off"! Some of them can even remain powered on (with the set unplugged) from the signal power coming in from the coax cable itself. The ONLY way to protect yourself is to remove all cable television from your house. Physically remove the connection to your house from outside and then remove the cable and other outside connections to your television.
4. The signal from these cable-ready units that is sent out from your cable-ready television goes out through the antenna connection, so that even if you disconnect your cable connection to the house, the (then ungrounded) wire IN the house is transmitting a signal that can be picked up from some distance away. (this is another thing that we saw -- we actually went down the alley listening in on conversations going on in the houses we were passing) I don't know if the visual signal is also being transmitted, but I KNOW that the audio signal was going out bright and clear!
There are places in Europe where these services were (and still are) being offered on a commercial basis. The cable person made comments about an agreement when the power-company person talked about people not accepting these things in the US, but said that nobody there had discussed those issues that openly.
Part of what we were doing in the joint project was taking records from the three different organizations and verifying their accuracy (part of a requirement from the Texas Public Utilities Commission (PUC), which had a person accompany us from time to time). We spent six months riding around in company trucks, going from place to place, checking on the accuracy of the records for that place. Because of the requirements of the project, they used people who were "techies", instead of just installers, repairmen, etc. All of us were considered to be the experts in our fields. One week we would be in an electric company truck, one week in a cable company truck or car, and another week in my phone company car.
The power company person showed us some of the FM transmitters at one of the companies while we were there, so I at least saw that piece of equipment. Now, the power company was not in the business of supplying the security for this company, they just had the listening devices installed that interfaces with someone else's unit on-site. The transmitters, he said, were turned down enough so that the signal didn't just go out over the entire electrical net.
The cable company guy took us into one of the local cable company central sites, and programmed in some of the additional options (something that at the time he said not even the PUC knew about - remember they were still not even talking about this much within their own ranks) for both the central unit and the cable-ready television that was in the break room there. Almost at once, we started to hear noises coming from the built-in speaker on the control unit that he was working on. Since nobody was in the break room at the time, he went in and started talking to us in a whisper. We couldn't hear everything he said, bue we heard enough to know that it was really working.
He made sure that he disabled everything and removed all of the options from the menus, etc, that he had added.
Getting back to listening in on the conversations in the houses. We were in the cable company truck while he was talking about this option. He pointed out some of the various units and repeaters (something that takes a signal and boosts it so that it can travel further) when he commented on the ungrounded cable becoming a radio antenna. I could see how that could work, but the power company person wanted something more than talk. So we went behind a rather large apartment complex.
The cable person called in for a listing of registered users and services. These were compared with what was actually in use (at the central connection for the building), with the unauthorized services being disconnected (quite a lot of them, I might add). The cable person then went to the back of the truck and took out a pole that exteneded quite a ways (perhaps fifteen feet) with a dense antenna at the end. This got plugged into a box with a speaker. There was a lot of static and noise and stuff most of the time that the pole was being passed across the various connections, but every once in a while, there came through a very clear signal. Noises that were clearly from various parts of the apartment were being heard -- a baby crying that sounded fairly far away, like from another room, etc.
We were then told that if the units were truly programmed properly, like was done at the central office, then each signal "might" be heard a little better. Also, that if the unit was programmed properly, that there was some sort of way that they would be (in future tense) able to put them on separate frequencies, but at that time, it was not possible. This future time was awaiting the advent of fiber-optic cabling (then still mostly a theory).
I can confirm a similar practice within satellite communications products. I have not been involved with this for several years, but I used to work for a company (which no longer exists) that pioneered the development of commercial use of mobile hand-held 2-way satcom transceivers. At the time, the hand-held models were in prototype form only and (at least during the company's "official" existence) were never completed. The system prior to the hand-held devices were somewhat larger devices which were typically used on big rig trucks for tracking, as well as 2-way communications between the driver and company headquarters (HQ).
I worked for about three years within the heart of this entire system. As it was all a big prototype, it was quite open (internally). I was involved to the link-level of this experimental protocol and discovered that the manufacturer of one of the transceivers we used had built-in "master" codes that could be used to activate or deactivate any function of the transceiver from the manufacturers HQ, since of course, not only the customer, but also the manufacturers themselves had full access within our system, "for diagnostic and testing purposes".
The bottom line is the transceiver manufacturer had absolute control of all of these devices at any time that they wanted to use it (of course, so did I, but I digress). Some of these devices were being used as unmanned communications devices monitoring and controlling offshore oil rigs, refrigeration units on trucks, etc. In one experiment that I was part of, we even used these devices to download and execute new software for various computing devices that were connected at the other end. Meaning computers that controlled whatever, in an unmanned remote location (wherever) could be reprogrammed and executed via this satcom transceiver. This was 1991! The transceiver manufacturer in this case was a Japanese company. The stated intended use of this technology was "to vastly improve air traffic control" (too much 'control', if you ask me). Just another example of what goes on behind and within the scenes.
